Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Residential Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role is located in Ahmedabad. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing sales leads, maintaining relationships with clients, and developing sales strategies. Other day-to-day tasks include providing excellent customer service, training team members, and managing sales activities.

Qualifications

• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
• Strong Sales and Sales Management experience
• Ability to develop and deliver Training programs
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of Sales & Lease transactions in Residencial real estate.

Basic knowledge of Computer & email communications.

Excellent writing and verbal communication in Hindi/English
