Role Description
Generate new business for Air & Sea freight (LCL/FCL)
Identify and onboard importers/exporters
Develop strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups
Coordinate with operations, documentation & overseas agents
Achieve monthly volume and revenue targets
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
Generate and present proposals, quotations, and negotiate rates with clients.
Coordinate with operations, pricing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
Stay updated on shipping line schedules, rates, space availability, and market trends.
Provide market feedback to internal teams to refine pricing strategies and service offerings.
Maintain CRM records, update customer interactions, and prepare regular sales reports.
Qualifications
-Experience in Freight Forwarding Sales (preferred)
-Good understanding of Import/Export, LCL/FCL, Air/Sea logistics
-Strong communication & negotiation skills
-Ability to work independently and handle clients confidently
-Proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and email drafting
