Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Ahmedabad, with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, delivering effective product and service presentations, and executing marketing strategies. Additionally, the role includes managing sales processes, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance brand presence and sales growth.

Skilled in sales and relationship management with distributors, government and private sector clients.

• Has hand of experience in LED lights/Street Poles/Consumer Durable sector.
• Sales and Sales Management experience, including identifying opportunities, developing strategies, and closing sales successfully.
• Ability to provide Training and guidance to team members to ensure consistent performance and goal achievement.
• Proficiency in market trend analysis, lead generation, and building strategic partnerships is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Capacity to operate in a hybrid work model and adapt to varying work environments.
