Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and offering personalized customer service and training. Additional tasks include tracking sales performance, collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns, and achieving business growth goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and build lasting relationships.
- Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue and meet organizational goals.
- Experience in conducting Training to educate clients and team members about products and processes.
- Proactive approach with problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry, is a plus.
- participating in Marketing activities including Trade shows & workshops.
