We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Growth & Marketing Strategist to join our team

at Auto Appy, a fast-growing automation software startup. The ideal candidate will be

responsible for driving both sales and marketing initiatives from generating leads and client

outreach to developing strategic growth plans and improving market visibility. If you're someone

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and

direct outreach.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure

long-term business success.

Confidently interact with clients and prospects both online and in person for sales

outreach and marketing follow-ups.

Collaborate with the team to assist in marketing campaigns focused on lead generation,

product visibility, and audience engagement.

Contribute ideas to improve business strategies and support the execution of growth

initiatives across channels.

Required Qualifications:

Any graduate

Basic understanding of both sales and marketing functions

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Confidence in presenting ideas and explaining the product to various audiences

Comfortable with field communication, meetings, and follow-upsSkills and Competencies:

Strong verbal communication and people skills must be confident in conversations

and client-facing roles

Problem-solving ability and a consultative communication style

Basic marketing knowledge (growth strategies, positioning, campaign thinking)

Ability to multitask, manage time well, and adapt in a startup environment

Interest in the automation or tech industry is a plus.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9 AM 5 PM

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range: 15.000/month 20,000 + Incentives
