Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Mayur Vihar, Delhi. This role combines strategic sales initiatives with innovative marketing campaigns to drive Devdoot's growth and expand our impact in the wellness and mental health sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B and B2C sales, digital marketing expertise, and a passion for wellness and mental health advocacy.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with educational institutions, corporate organizations, and individual clients
Conduct high-level sales presentations and demonstrations of Devdoot's wellness programs
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in schools, colleges, and corporate HR departments
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and partnership agreements with institutional clients
Conduct market analysis to identify new target segments and expansion opportunities
Prepare detailed sales proposals, presentations, and ROI analyses for B2B clients
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for individual enrollments and institutional partnerships
Develop strategic partnerships with wellness centers, gyms, and complementary service providers
Coordinate with the operations team for seamless client onboarding and service delivery
Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline tracking, and forecasting in CRM system
Represent Devdoot at industry events, conferences, and networking forums
Marketing Responsibilities:
Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all channels
Create, manage, and optimize campaigns on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms
Develop engaging content including posts, articles, videos, and infographics for social media
Manage SEO and SEM initiatives to improve online visibility and website traffic
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and WhatsApp broadcast strategies
Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators for marketing collateral development
Organize and promote wellness events, webinars, workshops, and awareness campaigns
Track and analyze marketing metrics, ROI, and campaign performance using analytics tools
Manage Devdoot's brand presence and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities
Develop case studies, testimonials, and success stories for marketing materials
Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors for promotional partnerships
Create marketing materials for B2B presentations including brochures, case studies, and pitch decks
Manage marketing budget and optimize spending for maximum ROI
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
2-5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or education sectors
Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong expertise in digital marketing, social media marketing, and content creation
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Experience with B2B sales and institutional partnerships
Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Strong knowledge of marketing tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Canva, Hootsuite, etc.)
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Results-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital trends
Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and events
Fluency in English and Hindi (both written and verbal)
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or Master's degree in Marketing or Business
Experience in the wellness, mental health, yoga, or fitness industry
Previous experience with educational institution sales or corporate wellness programs
Certification in digital marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, etc.)
Knowledge of yoga, meditation, or mental health practices
Experience with video content creation and editing
Understanding of SEO, content marketing, and inbound marketing strategies
Network of contacts in schools, corporates, or wellness industry
Experience managing marketing budgets of 5 lakhs+ annually
