We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales and

marketing efforts in the B2B sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth,

developing strategic partnerships, and enhancing brand visibility in the market.

Location: Bangalore


Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company

objectives and revenue targets in the B2B sector. Client Acquisition and Retention: Identify potential

clients, build relationships, and actively pursue new business opportunities. Work closely with existing

clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs,

and competitive insights. Utilize findings to refine sales and marketing strategies and improve overall

business performance.

Product Promotion and Branding: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote company

products and services. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, collateral, and

digital assets that resonate with target audiences.

Lead Generation and Conversion: Drive lead generation initiatives through various channels, including

cold outreach, networking events, and digital marketing campaigns. Nurture leads and facilitate the

conversion process to maximize sales opportunities.

Partnership Development: Identify strategic partnership opportunities with technology vendors,

industry associations, and other relevant stakeholders. Negotiate partnership agreements and

collaborate to expand market reach and enhance service offerings.

Sales Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to

assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and campaigns. Identify areas for improvement and

implement corrective measures as needed.

Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team to

achieve individual and collective goals. Provide ongoing training, guidance, and support to enhance team

capabilities and performance.

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, understand their

business needs, and provide strategic guidance and support. Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for

clients within the organization.

Budget Management: Manage the sales and marketing budget effectively, allocate resources efficiently,

and optimize spending to achieve desired outcomes within budgetary constraints.


Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA/BBA preferred.

Proven track record of success in B2B sales and marketing roles, preferably within the IT or technology


Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, lead generation techniques, and account management


Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.

Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving business growth and achieving measurable outcomes.

Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to excel.

Proficiency in CRM software, marketing automation tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market
