Role Description

We're hiring a Sales and Marketing Intern for a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru. This is a blended position where you'll support both Nvincy Solutions and Hiraya Ventures, the agency that drives Nvincy's marketing.

Your work will move across sales support, lead generation, cold calling, client coordination, and basic marketing execution. If you want hands-on exposure to how sales, marketing, and client operations come together inside a tech and services environment, this role fits well.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through outreach, cold calling, and follow-ups
  • Support the sales team with research, proposals, and coordination
  • Assist with customer interactions and gather product/market insights
  • Support demos, training sessions, and client onboarding
  • Keep CRM entries and documentation updated

Qualifications

  • Clear and confident communication
  • Basic understanding of sales processes
  • Comfortable with cold calling and customer-facing work
  • Organised, proactive, and willing to learn quickly
  • Completed a Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or similar
  • Familiarity with MS Office and basic marketing tools is a plus

Compensation & Structure

  • Internship Duration: 3 months
  • Stipend: 12,000 - 15,000 per month (based on profile)
  • Full-time CTC (post-conversion): 3.0 - 3.6 LPA

Working Hours & Location

  • Monday to Friday: Full day, on-site (Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru)
  • Saturday: Half-day
