Job Description -Sales & Marketing Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Sales & Marketing Intern to support our marketing, branding, and business development activities. The ideal candidate is proactive, design-savvy, skilled in content creation, and eager to learn how technology-driven solutions are marketed and sold in fast-paced industries.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Content Creation

  • Create engaging marketing videos showcasing products, solutions, and brand stories.
  • Develop marketing materials for expos and events, including posters, brochures, teasers, standee content, and presentation elements.
  • Design impactful social media posts for LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and other platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Contribute to the creation and refinement of sales presentations, proposals, and pitch decks for tenders, industrial clients, and potential customers.

Sales Support

  • Perform lead follow-ups via email, phone, and LinkedIn to nurture prospects and support the sales funnel.
  • Maintain lead data, track engagement status, and coordinate meetings or demos with prospective clients.
  • Assist in preparing documentation and support materials required for client discussions and tender submissions.

Required Skills & Tools

  • Design & Editing Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Figma, Jira, Zoho CRM
  • Video Editing: Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or any video editing software
  • Presentation & Documentation: Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Microsoft office
  • Social Media: LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and related scheduling/analytics tools
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Media, Communication, or related fields.
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales and digital marketing principles.
  • Prior experience or portfolio in graphic design, video creation, or social media content is a plus.
