Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Marketing Executive, located in Chennai. The responsibilities include conducting market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, developing and implementing marketing and sales plans, building and maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet company objectives. The role also involves promoting Lentera's products and services to existing and prospective clients and achieving sales targets while representing the company professionally.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Market Planning and Market Research to identify and pursue business opportunities effectively
• Sales and Marketing expertise with the ability to drive customer acquisition and retention
• Strong Communication abilities, both verbal and written, for client engagement and team collaboration
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving capabilities
• Prior experience in the software/technology sector is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
