Joints Health is a fast-growing E-commerce company. While most of the ecommerce aggregators are focused across many categories, we are focused on developing the next generation Health, Sports & Personal Care Product brands.

Role Description

We seek a dynamic, entrepreneurial experienced marketing leader to create our ecommerce marketing & sales channels and lead global demand generation. These include but are not limited to advertising across multiple channels, marketplaces, and social networks, and direct customer engagement. You will be owning the P&L, developing the vision for and operating the infrastructure, science and analytics to lead across a broad, multi-channel global portfolio.

Consulting with a wide variety of existing ortho, sports and wearable companies of all sizes, you are committed to finding the optimal solutions for a brand. Your interest in sales and the digital economy and your entrepreneurial drive enables brands to expand their businesses with our latest products and solutions. Your understanding of online media combined with your commercial know-how shape how new and existing businesses grow.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing marketing strategies.
  • Conducting market research on rival products.
  • Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.
  • Coordinating with media representatives and sponsors.
  • Develop targeted sales strategies and execute weekly LAPS (leads, appointments, presentation and sales)
  • Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.
  • Maintaining client relations.
  • Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
  • Creating and presenting sales performance reports.

About You

  • 1+ years of work experience in ecommerce multi-channel advertising / sales and marketing, preferably in marketing roles and organizations.
  • Responsible for creating offline supply chain of the product
  • Technical expertise in building audiences on major ecommerce channels including Amazon and direct to consumer, demand generation, and SEO and SEM
  • Experience managing P&L of the organization.
  • Experience in omni channel sales
  • Demonstrated ability to operate a global business
  • Strong business and technical vision
  • Demonstrated comfort with ambiguity combined with an ability to drive clarity
  • Sense of humbleness and desire to roll up your sleeves - no job is too big or too small
  • Excited at the prospect of being a part of a rapidly growing company
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Compensation - 10 - 35 K
