Overview:

This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with less than one year of experience in sales and marketing to kick start their career in the fast-paced food industry. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive sales and increase brand visibility through effective communication with dealers, shopkeepers, and participation in exhibitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation:
- Contacting dealers and shopkeepers to promote our range of Indian breakfast, meal, and sweet items.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new sales opportunities.
- Implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Marketing Initiatives:
- Assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive consumer engagement.
- Conducting market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Providing feedback and insights to improve marketing strategies and product offerings.
- Exhibition Management:
- Planning and coordinating the setup of stalls at exhibitions, trade shows, and other relevant events.
- Ensuring the presentation of products and promotional materials is visually appealing and aligned with brand standards.
- Engaging with potential customers, answering inquiries, and facilitating product demonstrations to drive sales.
- Relationship Management:
- Cultivating positive relationships with key stakeholders including dealers, shopkeepers, and event organizers.
- Collaborating with internal teams such as production, logistics, and marketing to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
- Providing timely and accurate reports on sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- One year of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the food industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities with a results-oriented mindset.
