Site Inspections: Conduct daily safety walks to check scaffolding, excavations, heavy machinery, and working-at-height zones.
Permit & PPE Control: Issue and monitor permits for high-risk jobs while verifying 100% compliance with personal protective equipment.
Training & Briefings: Lead daily toolbox talks, safety inductions, and emergency mock drills for workers and contractors.
Incident Management: Investigate near-misses and accidents, find root causes, and log first-aid or lost-time injury reports.
Compliance Management: Maintain records and internal audits as per ISO 45001 (OH&S) and local labor laws.

We provide HR services such as Recruitment, Onboarding and Induction, Confirmation, Exit Process, Policy Making / Policy Adherence, Documentation, Attendance and Payroll, Training and Employee Engagement in bulk and or some selective services as per the requirement. Our business model currently focuses more on Small/ Private companies with up to 90-100 employees for All services requirement. However, individual services can be availed without such restriction of number of employees.
