Safety Engineer

Location: Canada, Australia, and Singapore

Experience: 4-14

Salary:- 32LPA - 40LPA

• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, national, and international safety regulations.
• Conduct workplace risk assessments and identify potential hazards, recommending effective control measures to minimize risks.
• Perform regular safety inspections and audits of facilities, equipment, and work processes to maintain a safe working environment.
• Investigate workplace incidents and accidents, determine root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Plan and deliver safety training programs for employees, contractors, and visitors to promote safety awareness and safe work practices.
• Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure employees follow established safety procedures.
• Prepare and maintain safety documentation and reports, including incident reports, inspection records, risk assessments, and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to integrate safety requirements into equipment design, construction, and operational processes.
• Lead emergency preparedness initiatives, including emergency response planning, fire safety programs, evacuation drills, and coordination with emergency services.
