Our apps help store owners save time, improve SEO, and manage their business more easily. We build tools like an AI Product Description Generator for SEO-friendly product content and EditEngine for bulk editing products, orders, and customers.

We're a small team of developers and e-commerce people focused on solving real problems for Shopify merchants.

Now we're looking for someone to help us build clear, useful educational content so merchants can get more value from our apps.

We need a SaaS Education Content Creator to create tutorials, guides, videos, and blog content for our Shopify apps.

You'll turn product features and technical workflows into simple content that Shopify merchants can understand and use.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys explaining software clearly, creating practical tutorials, and working closely with product, development, and marketing teams.

• Create step-by-step written guides for our Shopify apps

• Record video tutorials and product walkthroughs

• Write blog posts that help merchants solve Shopify and e-commerce problems

• Turn app features into simple, useful educational content

• Work with developers and marketers to understand product updates and explain them clearly

• Help build a repeatable content system for tutorials, help docs, and learning resources

• You've created educational content, SaaS tutorials, guides, or product walkthroughs before

• Strong writing skills in English

• Comfortable learning SaaS tools, Shopify apps, and e-commerce workflows

• Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization

• Able to explain technical features in simple language

• Comfortable creating screen-recorded videos using tools like Loom or similar

• Self-directed and able to manage deadlines without constant follow-up

• Familiarity with Shopify, e-commerce, or SaaS products is a strong plus

• Remote role

• 6-month contract

• Compensation: 30,000 per month

• Potential full-time offer after 6 months at 6–8 LPA, based on performance and role fit

• Work with a small, fast-moving team
