Job Description

The Siemens Digital Industries Software is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team to support Siemens transition to SaaS Business driven by partner ecosystem, as Contracts and Operation Specialist reporting to Business Operations and Technology Partnership Practice Lead. This individual should be highly motivated to learn and grow within the organization and show a proven track record to thrive successfully in a complex and transitioning to SaaS technology environment. We are looking for self-driven individual who can work on the inbound and outbound partnership agreements and manage it throughout the contract lifecycle and activities related to it.

Main Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for creation and execution of technology partnership contracts through the contracting process.

This role will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of contracts with Siemens Contract Policy.

This includes ensuring compliance with the applicable signing authority matrix validating that proper approvals are obtained and documented and facilitating the contract execution process. Functional responsibilities include working with new and renewal contracts, management of our Adobe sign, a transition to, and management of, our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool, Icertis, and maintenance and reporting of contract attributes and related data.

A successful candidate should be prepared to adapt to additional complexities as Siemens explore new way of engaging with SaaS partner ecosystem and launches new engagement models and will regularly meet with cross functional stakeholders in legal, finance, product managers, licensing, and compliance/data security to continually improve the contracting process.

You'll Spend Your Time:

Creating and reviewing new and renewal technology partnership contracts for accuracy, compliance, and the attainment of all internal approvals in accordance with standards and defined contract policy

Routing contracts in a timely manner, to the appropriate signing authority based on legal entity and type of contracts, included team that is globally located.

Developing, implementing, and maintaining contract workflows through Adobe sign and Icertis, consistently looking for opportunities to improve and streamline operations.

Being the data owner responsible for contract attributes and related data including financial, commercial, legal, and other critical information housed in Adobe sign, SFDC and Icertis

Acting as the contract administration subject matter expert for all agreement types and related adjustments including (but not limited to) contract amendments, renewals, assignments etc.

Coordinating with key stakeholders to ensure all stakeholder interests are represented prior to contract execution.

Prioritizing and managing additional ad-hoc projects, requests, and responsibilities that increase the speed, efficiency, and auditability of the contracting process.


A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

Have 5 years of contract administration, GTM operations, deal desk, or similar experience.

Have Solid understanding of SaaS-related revenue recognition, commercial legal, and commercial SaaS terms.

Possess strong analytical, critical thinking, and communications skills.

Have meticulous attention to detail, project planning, and organizational skills.

You are familiar with using or implementing contract administration, Legal, and Sales software, particularly Icertis, Adobe sign, and SFDC.

Understand the importance of contract lifecycle management and the quote to cash process.

Easy to work with and can build strong relationships with a broad set of stakeholders that have diverse interests.

You can juggle multiple priorities and tasks in a very fast-paced environment while remaining positive and resilient.
