Responsibilities:
Sales & Distribution Management:
- Manage end-to-end sales and distribution processes, ensuring timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate sales planning, order processing, and delivery scheduling across multiple channels.
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels to meet sales demand without overstocking.
Process Implementation & Optimization:
- Implement and maintain S&D processes aligned with organizational policies and best practices.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in sales and distribution workflows and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards in all S&D operations.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Resolve escalations related to orders, shipments, or product availability.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Generate sales and distribution reports to track performance metrics and KPIs.
- Analyze trends in orders, deliveries, and returns to support strategic decision-making.
- Support forecasting and demand planning activities with data-driven insights.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with production, logistics, finance, and marketing teams to ensure smooth order-to-delivery cycles.
- Collaborate with IT teams for ERP or CRM system enhancements related to sales and distribution.
