Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
SAP S/4HANA Technical Solution Architect to support in an ongoing
global S/4HANA rollout. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in
SAP S/4HANA development, solution design, and architecture, with strong knowledge of
SD (Pricing & OTC),
FICOPA, and integration with
Trade Promotion Management (TPM) and related systems.
This role requires a blend of technical leadership, architectural vision, and hands-on experience with SAP technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and design end-to-end SAP S/4HANA technical solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Provide technical direction and guidance to development teams across all phases of the project.
- Develop and review design documents, architecture blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Ensure scalable and high-performance integration between S/4HANA, TPM, SD/FICO, CCM, Demand Planning, and Snowflake.
- Collaborate with enterprise architecture teams (Integration, Snowflake, Cybersecurity) to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
- Collaborate with the Security team to establish technical and functional roles within the system.
- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and maintain consistency across global templates.
Must Have Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in SAP development and solution architecture, with strong S/4HANA expertise.
- Proven experience as a Technical Solution Architect in large-scale S/4HANA implementations.
- Strong knowledge of SAP SD (Pricing, Order-to-Cash functionality).
- Working knowledge of FICOPA and its integration points.
- Hands-on experience in FIORI, OData, CDS Views, and Workflow Implementation.
- Proficiency in FIORI Launchpad configuration and understanding of SAP BASIS concepts.
- Experience designing and integrating solutions involving TPM, SD/FICO, CCM, Demand Planning, and Snowflake.
- Participation in 5+ full-cycle implementation projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor technical teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence design decisions across technical domains.
Nice To Have
- Strong understanding of Trade Promotion Management (TPM) process flows and data model.
- Experience in 12 end-to-end TPM implementations.
- 1215 years of experience in software development or solution architecture with TPM or SD/FI tools.
- Exposure to TPM tools such as SAP TPM, CAS, Promax, or Visualfabriq.
- Familiarity with integration tools such as Azure Data Factory and SAP CPI.
