We are looking for a highly skilled Senior RPA Developer/Lead with 7–8 years of experience in Power Automate and Blue Prism, with strong expertise in automating legacy systems such as AS400/Mainframe applications. The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort across enterprise processes.
Key Responsibilities
RPA Development
- Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using Power Automate and Blue Prism.
- Build scalable automation workflows to streamline business operations.
- Develop reusable Business Objects and automation components.
- Implement robust exception handling, logging, and retry mechanisms.
Legacy System Automation
- Develop automation solutions for AS400/Mainframe applications using terminal-based interfaces.
- Automate green screen applications and legacy workflows using RPA tools.
- Handle screen scraping, terminal emulation, and keyboard-based navigation automation.
- Ensure reliability and stability of bots interacting with legacy systems.
Blue Prism
- Develop bots using Process Studio and Object Studio.
- Implement Work Queues, Credential Manager, and Control Room operations.
- Monitor bot performance and manage scheduling and production support.
Power Automate
- Build automation using Power Automate Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows.
- Integrate automation with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, and external applications.
- Develop workflows involving file handling, data processing, and approval processes.
Process Assessment
- Identify automation opportunities across business processes.
- Conduct feasibility analysis and effort estimation for automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define automation roadmap and prioritization.
Integration
- Integrate automation with databases, APIs, web services, and enterprise applications.
- Work with IT teams to ensure secure and scalable automation deployments.
Required Skills
Technical Skills
- Strong experience with Power Automate (Cloud Flows & Desktop Flows).
- Hands-on experience with Blue Prism RPA platform.
- Experience automating AS400/Mainframe applications and terminal-based systems.
- Knowledge of screen scraping and terminal emulation automation techniques.
- Strong understanding of RPA lifecycle (PDD, SDD, development, testing, deployment).
- Experience with REST APIs and system integrations.
- Working knowledge of SQL and database interactions.
