Job Description: Robotics and STEM Trainer (Fresher)

Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Robotics and STEM Trainer to conduct training sessions
in schools and support STEM lab implementation. This role is ideal for freshers who are
passionate about robotics, teaching, and hands-on learning, and are willing to travel to
different locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct robotics and STEM training for students and teachers.
- Travel to partner schools to deliver workshops and provide technical support.
- Perform STEM lab audits every 6 months and annual audits to ensure proper lab usage and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot robotics kits and assist schools with technical issues.
- Support the Academics team in training, projects, and curriculum implementation.
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech or B.Sc. in Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, IT, Physics, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of Arduino, Scratch/Blockly, and robotics.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Passion for teaching and robotics.
