We are hiring for the position of RM, SR.RM, Manager, DGM, AGM - Sales in the Real Estate industry. This is a full-time role based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales.
Qualifications and Skills
Fresher-5 years or above of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships
Knowledge of real estate market trends and competitors
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
Roles and Responsibilities
Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company targets
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the assigned territory
Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Preparing and delivering sales presentations to potential customers
Negotiating and closing deals to meet sales objectives
Monitoring market trends and competitors activities
Providing regular reports on sales performance and forecast
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project delivery
