| Retail Assets Wheels- Supply Chain Finance and Working Capital Finance team offer comprehensive financial package including core channel funding facility and other WC facilities like cash credit, overdraft and term loan for fixed asset acquisition and NFB facilities for the borrowers/ dealers under the Automotive Segment. | |||||

To transform the raw data into business insights that are useful for decision making and strategic planning The role involves working with all the stakeholders to provide accurate statistics Preparation of Presentations for the Senior Management Work on automation of the reports/dashboards, which will help in development of portfolio. | |||||
| Key Responsibilities | |||||
Monitoring of overdue accounts, low EWS score accounts, pending renewal / deferrals and ensuring EWS actionable implementation within stipulated time period Analyze weekly and monthly statistics to identify business trends Conduct robust root cause analysis on the identified trends to determine process improvements, training needs, or system enhancements Champion the implementation of new quality review checks resulting from regulatory changes, system enhancements and process improvements Provide dedicated analytical & reporting support, focusing on initiatives that will enable improvements to oversight, controls, efficiency, and client satisfaction Design, build and monitor executive dashboards and reports required by business stakeholders Reports and MISs pertaining to portfolio health, utilization, stock audit, overdue etc. Work on Trade advance product, ensure monitoring of retail finance conversion and suggest enhancements in the product Preparation of monthly presentations for the Senior Management | |||||

Optimal qualification for success on the job is: Graduation and Post-graduation in management 4-5 years | |||||

For successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following: Knowledge o Knowledge of banking products, Supply Chain Finance will be added advantage o Knowledge of relevant IT systems including, Finacle. o Knowledge of project management process, current technologies and trends relevant to the organization. Skills o Good communication (both verbal & written) and inter-personal skills. o Strong Excel and database manipulation skills, financial and statistical analysis skills. o Skilled at creating and delivering presentations. Abilities o Ability to work effectively across functions and demonstrated ability to coach and mentor others. o Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. o Ability to work as a part of team and contribute towards team goals. o Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously. o Ability to conceptualize and implement competent marketing strategies with a view to penetrate new accounts. |
