Job Description

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions to enhance business processes and systems.
Partner with Product Owners, Project Managers, and Development teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and timely delivery.
Support solution design, testing (UAT), and implementation of new features and enhancements.
Create and maintain documentation including BRDs, FRDs, process maps, and reports.
Perform data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder presentations.
Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring issues are addressed promptly.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
2+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT, software, consulting, or relevant industries.
Experience in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of business analysis frameworks (BABOK, Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
Hands-on experience with requirement gathering, documentation, and process modeling tools (e.g , JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Lucidchart).
Proficiency in SQL / Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
