Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Store Manager located in Gurgaon. The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. Duties will include managing store staff, implementing store policies, maintaining inventory levels, and overseeing retail loss prevention. Additionally, the Retail Store Manager will ensure effective communication within the team and with customers.
