Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Salesperson located in Chennai. The Retail Salesperson will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers in selecting bicycles and accessories, maintaining product knowledge, and handling retail sales transactions. The individual will also ensure the showroom is well-organized and presentable, and provide customers with information on product features, availability, and pricing.
Qualifications
- Product Knowledge and thorough understanding of bicycles and accessories
- Retail Sales experience and proficiency in executing sales transactions
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer Service skills with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Previous experience in the retail industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
