Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The Retail Sales Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers with their eyewear needs, showcasing products, providing detailed information about each product, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include maintaining product knowledge, managing inventory, processing transactions, and delivering exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
• Proficiency in Retail Sales and Customer Service
• Thorough Product Knowledge of eyewear and optical accessories
• Passion for helping customers and ensuring their satisfaction
• Previous experience in optical retail is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and manage inventory effectively
