Role Description The Retail Sales Executive is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for driving sales and delivering a positive gallery experience for visitors and customers. Day-to-day tasks include greeting customers, understanding their preferences, and guiding them through SILAII's range of sculptures and artifacts. The role involves explaining product features, pricing, and customization options, processing sales transactions, and maintaining accurate records. The Retail Sales Executive will also ensure the gallery is well-presented, assist with visual merchandising, and handle customer inquiries and feedback. Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and support promotions and events is an important part of this position.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales and Sales skills, with experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Relationship Building skills to provide a welcoming and personalized experience to visitors.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal communication and active listening.
• Candidates should possess basic computer literacy and point-of-sale (POS) system skills for handling billing and inventory.
• Previous experience in retail, art galleries, luxury goods, or home décor is beneficial.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible hours including weekends, and collaborate in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Arts, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
