About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Executives to join our growing retail team. In this role, you will interact with walk-in customers, understand their preferences, and help them choose the right furniture and home dcor solutions to suit their lifestyle and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage walk-in customers in the showroom
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products
- Explain product features, specifications, and benefits clearly
- Meet and exceed individual as well as store-level sales targets
- Ensure proper product display and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
Requirements
- Experience: 02 years (freshers are welcome to apply)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and customer service orientation
- Passion for furniture, interiors, or home dcor is an added advantage
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced retail environment
Work Schedule
- 6 days working (Day shift)
- 1 rotational weekly off (weekends are working days)
