Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Operations Manager at Symetree Fine Jewels in New Delhi. The Retail Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing operations management, analyzing performance, managing stores, and ensuring exceptional customer service on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Retail Operations and Store Management skills
• Experience in Operations Management and Analytical Skills
• Strong Customer Service capabilities
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Knowledge of GST compliance applicable.
• Experience with general ledger functions, including journal entry preparation, account reconciliation, and financial statement preparation
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Effective communication and leadership abilities
• Knowledge of jewelry retail industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
