Achieve Sales & Growth targets by implementing sales and marketing plans in the given territory
Visit distributor regularly and work with distributor and distributor personnels for run day to day operations such as Primary stock Planning, Payment from distributors, Daily Supply & Fulfilment to retail store, Product Handling , Product quality compliance, Communication systems etc
Monitor and Ensure distributor&aposs adherence on the Infrastructure requirement set by company and conduct Audit and training regular to Distributor personnels by coordinating with other support functions
Monitor and Ensure distributor&aposs adherence on the Infrastructure requirements & Compliances set by company with regards to supply mode, DMS usage & transparency on data and distributor&aposs outstanding in market and conduct Audit and training regular to Distributor personnels by coordinating with other support functions
Follow up on distributor&aposs credit and debit notes and liaison between logistics and commercial team for reconciliation in regular interval
Execute retailers wise sales & marketing plan such as New SKU listing, Visi cooler placement, Visibility Hiring, In-store branding, Farm Visit to retailer, Consumer sampling etc Through Sales Executives
Implement & Monitor by retailer product handling and quality compliance and initiate actions on maintaining product quality
Collect and Maintain by retailer data on Sales, Our Market share, Listing plan, Marketing plan
Take In-charge of High Potential store and Handle sales and marketing executions directly
Establish a good relationship between retailer and distributor in order to have smooth and clean transactions
Ensure all SOPs followed for opening up New stores
Work with Sales executives and set a good relationship and communication flow to distributor and retailers
Submit reports on time on Performance, Tasks, Market Intelligence, Audits & Pilots
Be flexible to take up extemporary tasks and responsibilities as and when required
Ensure maintenance and safety of company&aposs assets in retail store.
