Job Description: Retail Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
- Mall Activations: Plan and execute high-impact mall activations to drive foot traffic and enhance brand visibility.
- Budget Management: Oversee P&L budgeting for marketing activities, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and ROI.
- ATL/BTL Campaigns: Develop and implement Above-the-Line (ATL) and Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing strategies to elevate brand presence and engagement.
- Events & Exhibitions: Organize and manage high-profile events and exhibitions, driving brand recognition and customer engagement.
- Revenue Growth: Strategize and drive revenue growth through innovative marketing campaigns and partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail marketing, particularly within the luxury sector.
- Strong background in mall activations, P&L budgeting, and event management.
- Expertise in ATL and BTL marketing strategies.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to drive revenue and manage complex marketing initiatives.
