About the Client:

we have retained with CMMI level 4 client with the position of Banking operations for the level of SPE.

to help enterprise companies drive productivity, efficiency and gain the most out of their technology investments.

Designation: Team lead/ Manager/ Delivery manager
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 8-18years


1. Good organizational and time management skills in a fast paced environment.

3. Good knowledge of MS office tools.
4. Open for US Night shifts No rotational or Day Shift

Production Management:
a) Responsible to monitor daily &; monthly data on Production metrics.
b) Execute action items on pipeline management as a backup for SME and provide inputs for corrective action.
c) Ensure file is delivered within SLA. This includes reviewing &; analysing with the teams.
d) Manage the Banks branch requests and maintain relationship
e) Action and respond to Ad-hoc requests and escalations in a timely fashion
f) Timely completion and review of daily work inflow from our commercial bankers, bank customers and prospects
g) Willing to learn with limited training and have complete knowledge of Client databases/applications designed by company which are unique

a) Proactively take actions to avoid errors/escalations.
b) Ensure connect with team member/s on the error report on same day and provide feedback.
d) Check if the identified gaps are closed and report to SME.
e) Ensure procedural updates are communicated and applied.

Responsible for Query management:
a) Resolve queries for team members to ensure decrease in error percentage.
b) Update the query tracker and make sure all the queries has been solved.

Process improvement:
a) New process ideas and knowledge need to be shared.
* Production metrics - Meet the agreed 100% TAT SLA.
* Quality metric - Meet the agreed 100% individual quality SLA.
* Deliverables - Meet the deliverables without any SLA miss.
