Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant General Manager based in Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore.The Restaurant General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing profit and loss (P&L), overseeing budgets, hiring and training staff, and optimizing operational efficiency. The role requires effective leadership to maintain high standards of service, manage a team, and consistently deliver a positive dining experience to customers.

Qualifications

• Proficient in P&L Management and Budgeting to ensure the financial health of the restaurant
• Strong expertise in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to guarantee a superior dining experience
• Experience in Hiring and team management to recruit, train, and retain qualified staff
• Exceptional leadership and organizational skills
• Proficiency in conflict resolution and handling challenging situations
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus
• Previous experience managing operations within the hospitality or food service industry
