Job Description

Designation : Resourcing Executive

Location: Fully remote internship

Timing: 6 pm to 3 am IST.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Intermediate Junior Recruiter to join our dynamic team at our IT Training Organization. As a recruiter, you will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to ensure a steady pool of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience by effectively communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of IT training programs and certifications is a plus.
