Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac Guidelines

Purchase, Refinance & Construction Loans

Self-Employed & Salaried Income Calculation

Loan Approval / Denial / Counter Offer Decisions

Appraisal Review & Risk Assessment

Strong Analytical & Communication Skills

MS Excel & Mortgage Documentation Review

Responsibilities:

Review borrower eligibility, income, assets, credit, and collateral

Analyze loan documents and underwriting conditions

Evaluate appraisals and property valuations

Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines

Prepare clear underwriting notes and recommendations

Maintain quality, accuracy, and turnaround time (TAT)
