Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a reservation executive located in Andheri, Mumbai. The Reservation Executive will manage customer reservations, answer inquiries, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include handling booking requests, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to sales by upselling and promoting packages.

Salary: 15000 to 30000 Per Month
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Reservations and Customer Satisfaction
- Sales knowledge with the ability to upsell and promote services effectively
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities
- Proficiency in reservation systems and basic computer applications is preferred
- A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage
Requirements:• Bachelor's degree or diploma in hospitality, tourism, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in reservations or customer service (hospitality/travel industry preferred).
• Proficiency in reservation software Stah and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with OTA platforms like Booking.com, Agoda, etc.
