Lead the development and research projects.

Keep an eye on new technology and innovations related to our products in Global market, adopt and implement modifications in our products to stay ahead of ompetition.
Managing after sales service to the customers, arranging trials at customers end.
Formulations of various coatings used in the industry
Promote a culture within the department which is customer focused on quality, innovation and development of fit for use products.

Supervise R&D managers making sure that they are following best standard practices, working onwards well set departmental and individual goals and objectives.
Coordinate closely with manufacturing and marketing departments to ensure quality products and technical service to fulfill customer needs.
