GSPANN is hiring a Research Analyst to join the Inside Sales team to drive high-impact lead research and data analysis initiatives that support our sales strategy. This role is ideal for professionals who excel at uncovering insights, working with CRM tools, and enabling data-driven decisions in a fast-paced sales environment.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Design and implement effective research methodologies and data collection plans to support project goals.
  • Use statistical software and techniques to analyze collected data accurately and efficiently.
  • Present research outcomes through well-structured reports and visually engaging presentations.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise written content for both internal and client-facing purposes.
  • Uncover trends, patterns, and insights by carefully examining the data.
  • Collaborate with fellow analysts and cross-functional teams to execute projects successfully.
  • Maintain strict adherence to data privacy regulations and confidentiality standards.
  • Monitor industry developments and continuously update knowledge of modern research techniques.

Skills And Experience

  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation and research.
  • Familiarity with ZoomInfo for collecting business intelligence.
  • Basic understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in identifying and adding company contacts for research and outreach.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including use of VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
