Global Mobility Specialist - the specialist role is expected to be more hands on in approach and support the mobility Lead in driving the mobility agenda across the firm

Work you'll do

Deloitte India continues to expand at a frantic pace year on year and this trend is going to only rise further. As we grow our businesses and client base globally, we are witnessing increased international mobility (virtual) and a resurgence in physical global mobility as restrictions ease. To that extent, we are looking out for someone who would be a key resource of our central Global mobility team and help us in executing current transactions while simultaneously shape up processes to support the rising scale. Focus needs to be on Documentation & MIS.

Responsibilities:

Execution Focus - Crafting letter formats on assignments, vendor management, monthly reports/MIS, Query Management et all.

Ability to understand and grasp all processes, policies and procedures around our Global Mobility practice

Key techno functional competency- Problem solving skills, analytical skills, ability to multitask, ms excel efficiency and basic knowledge of international compensation

Key behavioral competencies Strong communication skills, stakeholder management relationship orientation, ownership , speed and responsiveness.

Requirement:

Postgraduate - MBA

Mobility background 2-3 years

Eye for detail

Written & Oral communication skills

Ability to articulate concepts to Senior Leadership

Excel knowledge / well versed with software operation

Excellent coordination skills

Stakeholder management

1. Strong analytical skills, good business understanding

Salary upto 5 lacs pa (depending on experience)
