We're looking for an AI Product Engineer who can build production-ready AI systems and turn ideas into features that will be used by thousands of merchants globally.

What You'll Do

• Build AI agents and copilots for merchants
• Create predictive models for customer behavior
• Develop recommendation systems
• Build RAG and knowledge-base solutions
• Integrate LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, and open-source models
• Design AI workflows and autonomous agents
• Build APIs and AI microservices
• Work directly with founders to define product strategy
• Take AI features from concept to production

Requirements

• Strong Python experience
• Experience with LLM APIs
• Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, PydanticAI, or similar frameworks
• Vector databases (Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma)
• PostgreSQL
• FastAPI or Django
• Prompt engineering
• AI evaluation and testing

Nice To Have

• Machine learning experience
• Time-series forecasting
• Recommendation systems
• Shopify ecosystem experience
• E-commerce analytics experience
