Introduction & Summary:
The IBM ELM Solution Architect will play a vital role in enhancing enterprise-level application lifecycle management solutions. With a strong foundation in IBM ELM, candidates should have over 8 years of experience, particularly in IBM ELM PureVariants, SmartFacts, and DOORS among others. Key skills include a solid understanding of RESTful APIs and Open Services for Lifecycle Collaboration (OSLC) to ensure efficient tool integration.
Main Responsibilities:
This role encompasses various strategic and technical responsibilities aimed at optimizing processes:
- Define and document scalable architectures using the IBM ELM suite.
- Lead technical design sessions to propose comprehensive solutions.
- Develop and maintain solution roadmaps aligned with ALM transformation goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into actionable plans.
- Consolidate changes and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Key Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience with IBM ELM (DOORS, Windchill Modeller, etc.).
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- In-depth understanding of Open Services for Lifecycle Collaboration (OSLC).
- Ability to integrate third-party tools using OSLC and RTC SDK.
- Proficiency in Python for scripting (optional).
- Familiarity with Git-based version control systems (desired).
