Qualifications and Skills required:
- Graduates fromany stream with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in business development, sales or support roles.
- Strong command over English language, both written and verbal, enabling clear and effective communication with placement officers, clients, and team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong sense of dedication to responsibilities and tasks at hand, ensuring a high level of commitment and ownership in all assignments.
- Residing in Mumbai/ Delhi NCR with the ability to attend in-person meetings.
Responsibilities:
Institute Sales:
- Identify and research potential educational institutes to generate new business opportunities.
- Establish and nurture connections with Placement Officers/ Directors/ and other key Officials across different educational institutions.
- Conduct in person product demonstrations and present service offerings to potential clients.
- Reach out to prospective institutes via email, calls, and LinkedIn to introduce our platform.
- Present the company's products, platforms, or services effectively to institutes/clients.
- Understand institute/client needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve set targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new institutes.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and other needed materials.
- Maintain and update the CRM with prospect information.
Client Success:
- Sustaining corporate relationships and addressing their specific requirements.
- Running client mandates end to end.
- Ensuring timely completion of tasks for both organizations and clients.
- Engaging with our system and its functionalities.
- Cooperating closely with the technical team to accomplish shared objectives.
- Aiding in the organization, upkeep, and optimization of company databases within the system.
- Efficiently communicating with team members to gather and clarify data needs.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to assist with various database-related tasks.
- Acquiring and implementing best practices in database management, with guidance from senior team members.
