Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Dwarka for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and offering tailored real estate solutions. The role involves meeting potential buyers, presenting property options, negotiating deals, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include maintaining detailed client records and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Real estate knowledge, client management, and property negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-lasting client relationships
• Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office tools for record-keeping and client reporting
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment
• Experience in sales, marketing, or real estate industries is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
