Job Description

*Position Overview:*

As an Investment Planner cum Relationship Manager, you will play a vital role in assisting clients in achieving their financial goals through personalized investment strategies and building strong, lasting relationships. You will provide expert financial advice, develop tailored investment plans, and serve as a trusted advisor to a diverse portfolio of clients.


1. *Client Relationship Management:*

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, meetings, and reviews.

- Understand clients financial objectives, risk tolerance, and investment preferences to develop customized investment plans.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing ongoing support.

2. *Financial Planning and Analysis:*

- Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to assess clients current financial situations, including assets, liabilities, and investment portfolios.

- Develop personalized investment strategies aligned with clients goals, risk tolerance, and time horizon.

- Continuously monitor and review clients investment portfolios to ensure alignment with their evolving financial objectives and market conditions.

3. *Investment Advisory:*

- Provide expert guidance on investment products, asset allocation, and portfolio diversification.

- Recommend suitable investment opportunities, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, ETFs, and alternative investments.

- Stay abreast of market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes to make informed investment recommendations.

4. *Financial Education and Communication:*

- Educate clients on investment principles, financial markets, and wealth management strategies.

- Communicate investment strategies, performance updates, and market insights to clients in a clear and concise manner.

- Conduct seminars, workshops, and client events to promote financial literacy and foster client engagement.

5. *Compliance and Risk Management:*

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.

- Conduct due diligence on investment products and ensure suitability for clients needs and objectives.

- Mitigate risks by adhering to prudent investment practices and implementing appropriate risk management strategies.


- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree and relevant certifications (CFA, CFP, etc.) preferred.

- Proven experience in financial planning, investment management, or wealth advisory roles.

- Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio management techniques.

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
