Developanactionplanfortheteamtodrivethetargetsbybrokers,linesofbusinessandsalesthroughtheexistingsignatureaccounts,ensuringachievementofdefinedtopline/bottom-linetargets.
Supportteamincreating/bundlingappropriatedealsforexistingclientsandmanagingtherelationshipeffectivelytoensureclientacquisition,confidence,engagementandretention
Discussupscale/cross-sellopportunitieswithclientstodrivegrowthofthebusinessconductedandrevenuegenerated
Driveplansforincreasing/decreasingbusinesswithexistingbrokersandsigningupnewbrokers.
Maintainqualityofproductportfoliostoensureportfoliosofferedmeetclients'requirementsaswellasgenerateproductwise.
2.Capabilitydevelopment
Regularlyengageindiscussionswithteamonprospects,closures,andcommitmentsaswellasprovideguidancetotheteamtoensurethateachLoBandlocationisachievingitstargets.
Identifyclients'requirements/evolvingmarketenvironmentandidentifygapsinvariousbusinessprocesses/operationstodriveimprovementsrequiredtodriverevenuetarget
Reviewvariouspoliciesduringrenewalsandrecommendrevisionsintermsofriskcoverage.
Providetrainingstobrokerstoensuretheyareequippedwithknowledgeofvariousproductsandsalescapabilities
Generatemaximumleadsindepthunderstandingofmarket,developmentsacrossvarioussectorsand variousproductstohaveinformeddiscussionswithclientswhilepitchingtothemforbusiness/discussingotherbusinessmatters
3.Relationshipmanagement
Buildlongtermrelationshipwithkeybrokersandinterveneinresolvingescalatedissues(likeclaims,policyissuanceetc.)forontimeredressalofgrievancesandconcerns
Conductregularmeetingswiththebrokers.Sharecollateralandproductinformationthroughmailers.Discusswhatsupporttheyrequirefromidentifyactionareasforbrokersand team.
Recommendrewardsandrecognitionprogramstobedrivenforbrokerstoensurelong-termpartnershipandsustainablebusinessgenerationfor
Contributetostrengtheningclientrelationshipsbyconductingvariousengagementactivitieslikewellnessprogrammes,organizingeventslikecricketmatchesetcfortheclients.
4.Teamdevelopment
Participateinrecruitmentprocesstoidentifytherighttalentforvariouspositionswithinthedirectbusinessteam
Establishindividualperformanceexpectationsandregularlyreviewindividualperformanceoftheteam
