1) The role will be part of the Global CIO & IS COO team
2) Major responsibilities:
. Creation of monthly Risk Management Forum deck for APAC and EMEA region
. Support the annual Business Continuity Management process across regions
. Manage the Business Operations and admin functionalities of a Pitchbook tool (used for hosting Marketing Material content)
. Service Relationship Owner (SRO) delegate for a third-party platform
. Vendor Risk Management topics:
o Raising Purchase Requisition / Purchase Orders
o Vendor Onboarding
o New Contract Requests
o Other Adhoc requests
. Inducements Policy reminder - WM UK
. Conflicts of Interest (CoI)
o Creation of quarterly Global CoI control report
o Support the Global Head on quarterly sign off of CoI register
o Ensure accuracy of the CoI register and align with reginal stakeholders
o Maintain the applicability/non-applicability rationale for the CoI register
. Support the monthly and annual Risk and Control Assessment (RCA) process globally
3) - The scope is to cover all aspects of the above mentioned major responsibilities and to ensure business continuity is possible and ensure regulatory compliance. -

Being a key-member in the global CIO & IS COO team by covering and being responsible for diverse global COO tasks. Working closely with the Advisory & Solutions team, the regions, Finance, control functions, CIO & IS management

Technical Skills (i.e. Languages, PC knowledge, )
Excellent English a must
Good xls and powerpoint knowledge

Have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Strong team player - willing and able to work under pressure, being able to prioritize tasks
Works fast with utmost precision even under pressure - error-free and under own initiative
Positive, outgoing and open-minded personality, self-motivated, with a desire to succeed and grow professionally and personally
Be well organized, able to multi-task and run multiple deliverables in parallel
Have excellent problem solving skills and be able to think critically
Have strong analytical skills with high attention to details
Experienced with legal-, compliance- and regulatory-requirements associated to the job
