Role Description
The role of a Registered Staff Nurse at Dhanashree Hospital, Moshi, is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune. The Staff Nurse will deliver patient-centered care, including monitoring health conditions, administering medications, assisting with procedures, and maintaining accurate health records. Additional responsibilities include providing emotional support to patients and their families, ensuring hygiene and infection control protocols, and collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of patient care, health monitoring, and medical procedures
- Skills in medication administration, IV setup, and wound care
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical records and documentation
- Ability to follow hygiene and infection control standards
- Exceptional communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
- Empathy, patience, and a commitment to patient welfare
- A valid nursing license and a diploma/degree in Nursing
- Basic computer skills for handling hospital management systems
- Prior experience in a hospital setting is a plus
