Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Registered Nurse role based at Batra Heart & Multispeciality Hospital in Faridabad, with opportunities to work in ICU, NICU, and Emergency departments. The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care, including patient assessment, monitoring vital signs, administering medications and treatments, and assisting with procedures as per physician orders and hospital protocols. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate clinical documentation, coordinating care with doctors and allied health professionals, and ensuring adherence to infection control and patient safety standards. The nurse will support patients and families through clear communication and education, respond promptly to emergencies, and participate in triage and stabilization of critically ill patients. The role also involves contributing to quality improvement initiatives, following departmental policies, and participating in ongoing training to maintain and enhance clinical competencies.

Qualifications

• Formal nursing qualification (GNM, BSc Nursing, or equivalent) from a recognized institution and valid nursing registration with the appropriate council.
• Clinical experience or training in critical care areas such as ICU, NICU, or Emergency, with skills in patient assessment, monitoring, and emergency response.
• Strong knowledge of medication administration, infection control practices, and adherence to hospital protocols and safety guidelines.
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams, with clear communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and medical staff.
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain composure and accuracy in high-pressure situations.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by critical care and emergency services.
