Regional Training Manager

The person will be the supporting sales Team by conducting effective training session which should be measurable in terms of lead generation, SP activation & FLS business moment

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Ensure implementation of learning architecture of Relationship Associates

• Develop capability of Relationship Associates as per milestones defined.
• Conduct joint field work with Relationship Associates to facilitate development.
• Conduct classroom sessions as per architecture and based on need analysis.
• Conduct channel partner trainings.
• Impact on business through SP & POSP activation.
• Increase FLS productivity & MOM goal sheet achievement
• Get certified on training modules
