About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Site HR professional to support our project sites across India. This role requires someone who enjoys working closely with people, building relationships, and being present on-site. You will work closely with blue-collar and grey-collar employees, Project Managers, Construction Managers, MEP teams, Site Engineers, Supervisors, Contractors, and other site staff to ensure smooth workforce operations, employee engagement, and labour compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations across assigned project sites.
• Build strong relationships with blue-collar and grey-collar employees through regular site visits and active engagement.
• Partner closely with Project Managers, Construction Managers, MEP teams, Site Engineers, Supervisors, Contractors, and other site stakeholders.
• Handle employee grievances and foster positive employee and industrial relations.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and workforce well-being initiatives.
• Coordinate manpower planning and workforce deployment with contractors and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, contractor documentation, attendance records, wage registers, and other compliance documentation.
• Conduct regular HR and labour compliance audits across project sites.
• Support employee onboarding, safety inductions, attendance management, and workforce documentation.
• Monitor workforce attendance, discipline, productivity, and overall employee well-being.
• Prepare and submit regular workforce, HR, and compliance reports to the CHRO.

What We're Looking For

• 8–12 years of experience in Site HR, Construction HR, Industrial HR, Project HR, or Plant HR.
• Proven experience managing large blue-collar and grey-collar workforces.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, contractor management, and industrial relations.
• Experience in commercial interiors, construction, infrastructure, EPC, engineering, or related project-based industries.
• Willingness to travel extensively across project locations (approximately 60%).

Languages: Kannada and Hindi (Mandatory); Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or any additional Indian regional language (Preferred).
